Your rank MUST be in your tag when you’re online gaming (exept for BF2 and BF2142 ) and on forums (preferably also on msn and xfire) at all times.

could be by dieing to take out something like a tank, playing
admirably in unsuccessful wars,
or dieing alot to achieve an important objective
[Teamwork Badge] for outstanding teamwork
[Supportive Class Ribbon] for people who done well in wars as medic / support / engineer
[Ribbon of Courage] for people who accomplished an important task in a war on their own
(taking an important flag, blowing up 2 tanks etc)
[Marksman Medal] for infantry who have proven themselves in combat to be highly skilled
[Winchester Badge] for very good snipers
[Soldner Badge] for good infantry
[Armor Medal] best tank drivers
[Tank Commander badge] for showing great teamwork in wars with tank
[Aviator Medal] best pilots
[Flying Ace Badge] for pilots who are good at shooting enemy aircraft out of the air
[Bomber Badge] for excellent bomber pilots
[Excellent Gunner Ribbon] for people who were very good as a gunner in a war (fixed wing and heli)
[Medal of Battleworn Soldier] this medal is for all who fought in 25 wars or more
[War Hardned Soldier Badge] this badge is for all who fought in 10 wars or more
